Picasso Terrace is a four-unit townhome development concept in Sunnyvale intended for young and active families. Each three-bedroom townhome features a multilevel plan with an attached garage, private yard, and an upper-level living deck for enjoying the mild weather of the South Bay and distant views of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The material palette consists of thermally-modified pine siding, integrally pigmented plaster, and mass timber structure.
