Wine Cellar

This garden escape comes together in the sunken courtyard resting between the at-grade yard with swimming pool and bocce ball court and the underground wine cellar retreat thirteen feet below. Most wine cellars in this neighborhood are in the house but for this to truly be an escape, the wine cellar was envisioned detached and underground from the main house. One has to leave and then arrive at a new place. Excavated into the ground and lined with cut stone walls, arched brick ceiling and antique, French terra cotta tiled floor, 2,000 bottles of wine await the enthusiast and friends. Wine down.
