Ken Hayes
Principal Architect

Mr. Hayes has over thirty years experience with a broad range of project types. He has provided the full range of programming, master planning, architecture and space planning services for high tech, corporate, commercial, developer and residential clients in the Bay Area. His experience includes new construction, seismic rehabilitation/reuse, building remodeling and interior architecture.

Mr. Hayes has particularly creative skills in developing strong architectural concepts and solving complex projects, as demonstrated by the award winning work.

Mr. Hayes' firm, Hayes Group Architects, is a community-minded architecture, interiors and urban design firm, with offices in Redwood City, that has had a strong presence on the peninsula for the past 16 years. The firm has successfully created and implemented many diverse project types in the Bay Area and is recognized for its expertise in projects in Palo Alto and surrounding communities.

Prior to the formation of Hayes Group, Mr. Hayes was founding partner of The Schutte Hayes Group, a Palo Alto based architecture and interiors firm.

Jason Holleb AIA
Principal, LEED AP

Jason joined Hayes Group in 2000 and has been involved in all aspects and phases of projects as a project designer and project manager.

He was promoted to an Associate in 2009 and became a Principal in 2014.

He has lead multidisciplinary teams for a variety of project types and sizes including multi-story and mixed use corporate buildings, retail centers, fitness clubs, restaurants, commercial interiors for bay area high tech companies and venture capital firms, and various scaled residential projects.

Jason's residential projects have received recognition for the site sensitivity and use of innovative building technologies.

He demonstrates creative skills in developing strong architectural concepts, solving complex problems and supporting a team approach to his projects.

His clients appreciate his attention to detail and responsiveness in order to deliver them a high quality architectural solution to their project goals.



Silvia Lee
Project Manager

Silvia joined Hayes Group Architects in June of 2005 and has since served as a Project Manager. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She has a diverse career working on a variety of project types and sizes including commercial building shells, and commercial interiors for high tech companies and venture capital firms. Silvia provides creative architectural design and planning solutions to every project. She is dedicated towards client service, and leading the project team through all phases of the project.
